Design Draughtsman Job Vacancies in Delhi

We are looking for an experienced Faade AutoCAD Draftsman to join DM GLAZETECH. The candidate should have strong knowledge of faade, aluminium, and glazing systems and be capable of preparing accurate technical and shop drawings.

Create Technical Drawings:Develop detailed 2D drawings based on engineer and architect specifications. Use of CAD Software:Proficiently operate tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks to produce layouts and models. Team Collaboration:Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and clarity. Ensure Drawing Accuracy & Compliance:Review and revise drawings to comply with industry standards and project specifications. Maintain Documentation:Track and record changes, updates, and version control of all design documentation. Provide Technical Support:Assist engineering and construction teams by interpreting drawings and offering necessary clarifications.

Requirements: Wood cabinetry (Millwork) and Metal product design, development, reverse engineering and manufacturing experience Experience with SOLIDWORKS in designing parts & assemblies of furniture and fixtures with complete knowledge of their manufacturing. Preparing AutoCAD Fabrication drawings and shop floor drawings for Furniture & Retail Fixtures and interior fit outs. Knowledge of MDF, Plywood's, Blockboards, Chipboards, OSB etc with their working on Beam Saw, Panel Saw, CNC Modeler, CNC Routers and edge banding machines. Knowledge of tube cutting, TIG welding, Milling, drilling, lathe work, tapping, and metal fabrication processes. Well versed with materials and finishes i.e. wood, laminates, metals, plastics, fabric etc. Good communication skills to handle international projects and clients is a plus Knowledge of Engineering and mill-work design and drafting standards (from millwork or other associations Key Responsibilities: Millwork Drafting and Shop Drawings Red-lines and Revisions Parametric Modelling Photorealistic 3d Modelling Millwork Engineering Parametric Library and family Creation Prototype Sample Development Customized Assembly Costing and Material Suspension (wood and metal)

Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems, able to create 2D and 3D designs for a variety of applications, such as architecture, engineering, and manufacturingPrepare detailed working diagrams of machinery and mechanical devices, including dimensions, fastening methods, and other engineering information.This requires an understanding of the various types of drafting tools, such as rulers, compasses, and protractors, and how to read and interpret engineering diagrams. Proficient understanding of HVAC and Piping work - in accordance with design/drawings, and layout according to project requirements.
