Monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of the HVAC system like chiller, AHU unit, FCU unit, chilled water pump, VRF, Package Ductable unit etc. , Co-ordination with Purchase department for the timely delivery of material on sites. Formulating operating budgets and managing overall operations for executing projects within cost & time norms Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize output Designing the HVAC System inhouse and evaluating the BOQs, estimates and drawings submitted by consultants & contractors Managing the bidding process. Coordination with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparing tender / contract documents, cost estimates, including billing, variation/ deviation proposals, claims, etc. Managing the Invoicing process and getting the payments from clients. Submission of MIS Reports Responsible for handling HVAC Sites for the execution as per bar chart. Knowledge of Head Load, Equipment Selection, Preparation of BOQ. Good working knowledge of HVAC Sites and evaluating the Drawings, BOQs, estimates etc. Coordination with Consultants, Architects, clients & contractors. Ensuring satisfactory execution of the HVAC system like chiller, AHU unit, FCU unit, chilled water pump, VRF, Package Ductable unit etc. , Co-ordination with Purchase department for the timely delivery of material on sites. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time and effective resource utilization to maximize output. Knowledge of AutoCAD. Submission of MIS Reports. Must have own vehicle.
