Hiring Fresher / Delivery Boy / 10th Pass

We are looking for a Delivery Boy based in Morta to join our team. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with little to no experience, provided they have completed 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Packages: Take care of delivering items to customers' addresses in a timely manner, ensuring each package arrives safely.

- Maintain Delivery Records: Keep a log of deliveries made, including details like time and address, to track progress and manage efficiency.

- Communicate with Customers: Interact politely with customers at the time of delivery, ensuring they receive their orders in good condition and addressing any queries they may have.

- Check Delivery Items: Verify that all items to be delivered are correct and in good condition before leaving the warehouse, preventing potential errors.

- Follow Routes: Use assigned routes for deliveries to save time and ensure prompt service, adjusting routes if needed to adapt to traffic conditions.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates must have completed at least the 10th grade.

- Good communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members.

- A valid driver’s license is required if delivering by motor vehicle, along with a safe driving record.

- Reliability and punctuality are critical to manage delivery schedules efficiently.

- Physical fitness is important, as the role involves lifting packages and moving between locations quickly.
