Job Summary:The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems. This role requires attention to detail, high typing accuracy, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently. The operator ensures data integrity and supports other departments by providing timely and accurate data processing.Key Responsibilities:Enter, verify, and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Perform regular data backups and ensure records are properly organized.Generate simple reports and summaries as required by management.Maintain confidentiality and security of all information handled.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.Identify and correct data entry errors or escalate issues when necessary.Qualifications and Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Bachelors degree preferred.Proven experience (12 years) in data entry or clerical work.Excellent typing speed (minimum 3545 WPM) with high accuracy.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).Basic knowledge of databases and record management.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work under deadlines and manage repetitive tasks effectively.Key Skills:Data accuracy and attention to detailMS Office and computer literacyConfidentiality and professionalismTime management and multitaskingCommunication and teamwork
