Job Title: Creative Designer Location: Hybrid (In-Office Noida) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary (CTC): 2.5 LPA 4 LPA (Based on experience & portfolio)About the Role:We are looking for a versatile and imaginative Creative Designer who can take the lead ondesigning stunning creatives across static, motion, and video formats. Youll be working oneverything from digital ads and social media posts to reels, short-form videos, branding assets,and more.This is a hybrid role based out of our Noida office and ideal for someone who thrives in acreative, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Design social media creatives, display ads, banners, emailers, presentations,and other digital assets. Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across visual content. Ad Creative Development: Ideate and create high-performing ad creatives for paid campaigns (Meta,Google, etc.). Work with the performance marketing team to test and iterate creatives based onperformance data. Video & Motion Design: Create and edit reels, motion graphics, short-form videos for social media andads. Source or create visual elements, animations, transitions, and effects to enhancestorytelling.Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand briefs anddeliver effective creatives. Take ownership of projects from conceptualization to final delivery. Creative Direction Support: Bring fresh, innovative design ideas to brainstorms and team discussions. Stay updated with current design and social media trends, tools, and techniques.Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic and video design. Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic, digital ad, and video design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/ Canva (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro,After Effects) or similar tools. Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools is a plus.Basic understanding of social media platforms and ad performance metrics. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a collaborative attitude.Good to Have: Experience designing for D2C, lifestyle, or tech brands. Knowledge of UI/UX design basicsExperience with tools like CapCut, VN, or other mobile-based video editors.
