About the Role:
We are looking for a versatile and imaginative Creative Designer who can take the lead on
designing stunning creatives across static, motion, and video formats. You€™ll be working on
everything from digital ads and social media posts to reels, short-form videos, branding assets,
and more.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Noida office and ideal for someone who thrives in a
creative, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
— Graphic Design:
—‹ Design social media creatives, display ads, banners, emailers, presentations,
and other digital assets.
—‹ Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across visual content.
— Ad Creative Development:
—‹ Ideate and create high-performing ad creatives for paid campaigns (Meta,
Google, etc.).
—‹ Work with the performance marketing team to test and iterate creatives based on
performance data.
— Video & Motion Design:
—‹ Create and edit reels, motion graphics, short-form videos for social media and
ads.
—‹ Source or create visual elements, animations, transitions, and effects to enhance
storytelling.
Collaboration:
—‹ Coordinate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand briefs and
deliver effective creatives.
—‹ Take ownership of projects from conceptualization to final delivery.
— Creative Direction Support:
—‹ Bring fresh, innovative design ideas to brainstorms and team discussions.
—‹ Stay updated with current design and social media trends, tools, and techniques.
Requirements:
— 1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic and video design.
— Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic, digital ad, and video design work.
— Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/ Canva (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro,
After Effects) or similar tools.
— Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and ad performance metrics.
— Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
— Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
— Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a collaborative attitude.
Good to Have:
— Experience designing for D2C, lifestyle, or tech brands.
— Knowledge of UI/UX design basics
Experience with tools like CapCut, VN, or other mobile-based video editors.
— Photography and visual storytelling skills.
