The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving student recruitment, build and oversee the regional network of agents, and manage an experienced team of senior consultants in New Delhi. Strong business acumen with P&L ownership experience. Experience working with CXOs and global clients, especially in high-growth sectors. Deep understanding of talent strategy, hiring advisory, or organization consulting. Cross-cultural competency (especially JapanIndia business practices). Preferred Experience in a startup or scale-up environment. Familiarity with Life Sciences, Tech, or Consulting industries.
