Job descriptionAs a Branch Executive at Bayars Coffee, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards in coffee quality and store hygiene. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth store performance. Store Operations:Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the branch.Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and overall customer experience. Sales & Customer Service:Drive store sales.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.Promote new products and seasonal offerings. Inventory & Stock Control:Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment.Reduce wastage and ensure efficient usage of ingredients.Maintain accurate inventory records. Reporting & Compliance:Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.Handle cash and online operations.Qualification: PUC or any degreeTimings: 9.30 to 2PM and 4.30 to 9PM (should work on both the shifts)Location: Within 10 Kmr from your residenceSalary: 18K gross salary + Branch incentivesNo of openings : 10Kannada is mandatory
