As a Branch Executive at Bayars Coffee, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards in coffee quality and store hygiene. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth store performance.

Store Operations:

Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the branch.

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and overall customer experience.

Sales & Customer Service:

Drive store sales.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Promote new products and seasonal offerings.

Inventory & Stock Control:

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment.

Reduce wastage and ensure efficient usage of ingredients.

Maintain accurate inventory records.

Reporting & Compliance:

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Handle cash and online operations.

Qualification: PUC or any degree

Timings: to 2PM and to 9PM (should work on both the shifts)

Location: Within 10 Kmr from your residence

Salary: 18K gross salary + Branch incentives
