Assist in maintaining effective relationship with internal and external clients. Prepare estimate and proposals. Evaluate all technical issues of the project coordinate effort to complete all bid forms andassembling of proposals. Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team,including preparation of the Estimation Schedule.
