He will be part of a collaborative team of Marketing Managers, Project Managers and Designers. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.Qualification : Diploma / BE in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil, BSC GraduatePost : COST ESTIMATION EXECUTIVEExp : 0-1 years (exp in civil/construction/interior)Location : HSR Layout - BangalorePackage : Rs. 1.8 Lac + Yearly Performance Bonus + Medical Insurance +Company Accommodation.Responsibilities Preparation of Quotations in Spread Sheet, maintain and update Project Databases and release Projects accordingly. Liaise with the Team Projects, Purchase and Design to ensure Quotations and Invoices are delivered as per timelines. Communicate directly with clients and ensure all information and documents required are provided to the clients as and when required. Undertake and co-ordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure that the Department functions smoothly. Work from Office (Mon to Sat)Skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office- MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word Must be able to read and understand Drawings.
