Responsibilities- Produce well-researched content for publication- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems- Write a clear marketing copy to promote our products/services- Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content- Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials- Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication- Submit work to editors for input and approval- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic- Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)- Communicate and cooperate with a writing team, including a content manager, editors, and web publishers- Should be comfortable writing approx. 3000 words in a day. Qualifications- 1+ year of proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role- Impeccable grasp of the English.
