Make outbound calls to customers for EMI, credit card, or loan collections. Ensure adherence to compliance and company policies during every interaction. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up actions. Achieve daily and monthly collection targets. Communicate professionally and clearly with customers to resolve payment issues.
