CNC Turning Operator 12th Pass Jobs in Pune

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator to set up and operate CNC lathes for the production of precision components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, loading raw materials, monitoring machining operations, and ensuring quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce components as per engineering drawings and specifications.Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.Select appropriate tools, offsets, and fixtures.Monitor machining operations, make necessary adjustments to speeds, feeds, and tooling.Perform in-process inspection using gauges, micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools.Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and reporting malfunctions.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.Document production data, quality checks, and machine issues.Work closely with programmers and engineers for process improvements.Adhere to company quality standards and ISO procedures.Qualifications:Experience: 13 years operating CNC lathes (Sliding head or fixed head, as applicable).Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Machinist preferred.

On daily basis ( in shifts ) set & run the CNC machines as per plan given Hands on experience of CNC Turning & Turn mill machines operating Should have a through operating knowledge of machines like LMW , Mazak , Nakamura etc Should have knowledge of 2D programming while CAM software knowledge is desirable Should have hands on working knowledge for handling quality instruments like Micrometre, Vernier Calliper , Bore gauge , Digital Height gauge etc Should have good knowledge of cutting tools like Milling cutters & inserts , End mills , Drills , Taps , thread mills etc. Should have a very good knowledge of the complex part drawing , understanding , reading etc.We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and driven Operating Engineer for CNC Turning & Turn Mill machinesBachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI
