We are hiring CNC Lathe Operators for a manufacturing unit at Virgonagar, Aavalahalli, Bandapura, Bengaluru - 560049. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC lathe / turning machines as per production plan- Read and understand engineering drawings and job instructions- Load programs, set tools and offsets, and run production batches- Check parts with vernier caliper, micrometer and other measuring instruments- Maintain quality, safety and 5S standards at the machine- Report tool wear, machine issues and production output to the supervisorRequirements:- ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Machinist, Turner or Fitter preferred)- Freshers with ITI are welcome; experience on Fanuc / Siemens controls is an advantage- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and drawing reading- Willing to work in shiftsSalary & Benefits:- Salary: Rs. 18,000 - Rs. 50,000 per month, based on skill and experience- 8-hour shifts, full-time- Paid overtime- Bachelor accommodation available (Rs. 500 per month deduction)

- Operate VMC machine: The primary responsibility of a VMC Machine Operator is to operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to produce precision metal parts and components as per the given specifications.- Set up machines: The operator will be responsible for setting up the VMC machines by loading the necessary tools, materials, and programming the machine to perform the required operations.- Monitor machine operations: The operator must continuously monitor the machine operations to ensure that the parts are being produced accurately and within the specified tolerances.- Inspect finished parts: After the machining process is complete, the operator must inspect the finished parts for defects or deviations from the specifications and make necessary adjustments if required.Skills and Expectations:- Proficiency in operating VMC machines and understanding machine programming.- Knowledge of reading technical drawings and blueprints to interpret part specifications.- Attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy in machining operations.- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy materials if required.- Willingness to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
