Freshers For CNC Lathe Operator - Bangalore

We are hiring CNC Lathe Operators for a manufacturing unit at Virgonagar, Aavalahalli, Bandapura, Bengaluru - . Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC lathe / turning machines as per production plan

- Read and understand engineering drawings and job instructions

- Load programs, set tools and offsets, and run production batches

- Check parts with vernier caliper, micrometer and other measuring instruments

- Maintain quality, safety and 5S standards at the machine

- Report tool wear, machine issues and production output to the supervisor

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Machinist, Turner or Fitter preferred)

- Freshers with ITI are welcome; experience on Fanuc / Siemens controls is an advantage

- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and drawing reading

- Willing to work in shifts

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: Rs. 18,000 - Rs. 50,000 per month, based on skill and experience

- 8-hour shifts, full-time

- Paid overtime

- Bachelor accommodation available (Rs. 500 per month deduction)
