Job Title: CNC Lathe Machine Operator & ProgrammerResponsibilities:Operate, set and program CNC lathe/turning machines.Prepare and edit G-code/M-code programs.Read engineering drawings and maintain required dimensions/tolerances.Select cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters.Perform turning, facing, drilling, boring, grooving and threading operations.Inspect components using Vernier, micrometer and other measuring instruments.Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize cycle time, tools and quality.Maintain production and quality records and follow safety procedures.Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Tool & Die with relevant CNC turning experience.

We are looking for a CNC Operator based in Bhiwadi to join our team. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with an I.T.I. qualification. The CNC Operator will play a crucial role in operating and managing CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts.Key Responsibilities:- Machine Setup: Prepare and configure CNC machines for production based on specifications and drawings to ensure accurate machining.- Operation of CNC Machines: Monitor and operate CNC machines, including loading materials and ensuring they run smoothly throughout the production process.- Quality Control: Regularly inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. This involves measuring dimensions and checking for any defects.- Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning and lubrication, to keep them in good working condition.- Documentation: Keep detailed records of production processes, including machine settings and any issues encountered, to track performance and improve efficiency.Required Skills and Expectations:- Candidates must have completed their I.T.I., ideally with a focus on machining or related fields.- Attention to detail is essential; candidates should be able to closely examine their work and make adjustments as necessary.- Basic understanding of CNC programming and machining processes will be beneficial.- Good problem-solving skills to address any challenges faced during production.- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with other team members.
