The Civil Engineering Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil works on various projects. The role involves leading a team of engineers, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and managing timelines and budgets efficiently.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & ExecutionPrepare detailed project execution plans, work schedules, and resource allocation.Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and specifications.Manage end-to-end civil execution including excavation, RCC, shuttering, finishing, and external development works.2. Team & Contractor ManagementLead, supervise, and mentor junior engineers, supervisors, and on-site staff.Coordinate with cntractors, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders for smooth execution.Evaluate contractor performance and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.3.
