This full-time role requires expertise in managing site activities, and only male candidates will be considered. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Supervision of Site Activities:** Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and meets quality standards.- **Team Coordination:** Collaborate with various teams, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.- **Project Planning:** Assist in the preparation of project plans and schedules, coordinating the work to ensure deadlines are met.- **Safety Management:** Implement safety protocols and ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations to protect workers and equipment.- **Quality Control:** Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of site progress, daily activities, and any issues that arise, reporting to senior management.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team. ROV Operator (Civil): -Job Description:The ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) Operator handles underwater robotic systems used for inspections, data collection, or maintenance in hazardous or inaccessible areas, operated remotely from a surface vessel or other location. This role combines mechanical, electrical, and software knowledge for operating and maintaining ROVs.ROV Operators work on-site, handling robotic machines. Operate remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), handle machine control panel, basic maintenance. Machine operation, control system handling, troubleshootingRoles & Responsibilities: Deploy, operate, and retrieve ROV systems during field assignments (marine, pipelines, tanks, etc.) Perform regular preventive maintenance and repairs on ROV equipment Configure sensors, cameras, and communication modules for underwater data capture Analyse and report collected data to project teams and clients Work closely with engineering and IT teams for system upgrades and documentation Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols during ROV missions Collaborate on designing modifications for ROV hardware and control softwareQualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Instrumentation, IT, or Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electronic engineering.
