Experience in PMC. Work experience with Builder & Contractor. 5 Year Experience in construction site. Liasoning with Architect. Ability to understand Drawing. Ability to type in Gujarati (Tera & Kinnari Font). Ability in Layout work & MS Word & MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure work is carried out according to design specifications and timelines.Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and the internal project team.Ensure materials used and work performed meet quality standards and project requirements.Resolve technical issues and provide solutions on-site as they arise.Maintain daily site records including progress reports, safety compliance, and quality checks.Enforce safety and health regulations and ensure a clean, secure, and safe working environment.Participate in project planning and execution meetings.Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and manage expectations.Ensure all work complies with legal requirements, building regulations, and company policies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.2+ years of experience in a similar role (internships can be considered for junior roles).Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.Proficiency in site management tools and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software is a plus.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to site locations as required.
