Job Title :- Civil Engineer-Maintenance & ProjectDepartment :-Civil (Project)Experience Required :- 05-08 YearsJob Description1. Execution, Preparation, monitoring & analyzing civil work plan as per schedule.2. Coordination with other engineering discipline for smooth and efficient implementation of the project, engineering consultant for timely delivery of construction drawings for proper sequence of project activities, procurement follow ups and operation to ensure completion of the project on time.3. Identification of quality issues, raising quality surveillances and getting it closed effectively.4. Handling/supervising of contractors, Evaluating and discuss with team for work schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports.5. Verification of running amount bills and final bills of contractors and report the concern/issues to project head.6. Planning, scheduling & monitoring activities for timely completion of projects within time, quality, cost & budget parameters.7. Should be well versed with various code and IS standards for civil works.8. Bill verifications/ measurement checking as per tender conditions & IS standards.9. Prepared All types of documents related to job (Daily Report, Material Inventory Status, BOM, BOQ), giving instructions for usage of safety equipments During job execution to prevent accidents. Conduct tool box talk before new work started. Instruct Usage of PPEs.,10. Actively manages projects from the field, addressing issues that arise during construction and providing resolution at site.11. Plan & coordinate all the civil maintenance of plant & infrastructures including santitory, drainage & rainwater systems.12.
