We are looking for a Civil Project Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and is expected to manage civil engineering projects effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans that outline timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.- Site Supervision: Oversee construction activities on site to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and safety standards.- Design Review: Analyze project designs and provide constructive feedback to enhance functionality and cost-effectiveness.- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met.- Quality Control: Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure that all materials and workmanship meet project specifications.- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project progress, challenges, and changes, providing regular updates to management.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge and practical experience in civil engineering principles. Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD is essential. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are critical for collaborating with various stakeholders. A good understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices is required. The candidate should also have strong problem-solving abilities and be detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to project challenges. Finally, candidates must be willing to work full-time from the office in Hyderabad.

Candidate must be Civil Engineering graduate, and have work experience on Auto CAD

1. Excellent design coordination with Project Architects, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Environmental, Faade, etc. for planning and designing of high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality & Institutional projects.2. Coordinating with legal, liaisoning, marketing, and sales departments to provide all necessary information like legal plans, sales plans, allotments, area statements, etc.3. Coordinate with various agencies to get NOCs for sanctioning work.4. Producing detailed drawings for the Execution team on time, monitoring & coordinate with the project team for smooth execution of work. Site checking & site coordination for projects.5. Documentation, Fair Knowledge of NBC, Local Government Body Building rules, Fire Norms, Environment Norms, Rera and its documentation, Master plans, Land use & zoning.6. Review construction documents to foresee prospective site issues and resolve them on the drawing board with all the consultants involved.7. Coordination with the site team, vendors/contractors, and all stakeholders involved in the delivery of projects.8. Managing and maintaining drawing deliverable records, and Safeguarding the project drawings & documents.9. Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections & compile project specifications and Keep within budgets and timelines.10. Following the latest materials, architectural trends, and advancements, an understanding of all aspects of the design.

A Person must have Diploma degree in Interior /Civil Engineering. Rate analysis, Labour and machinery analysis which enables him to carry out billing works at a different stage of Interior Contracting with proper efficiency and accuracy.
