Experience Required8+ years of Agrochemicals/chemicals in process engineering/technology transfer etc.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please mention in below table1.Process design engineering (Basic, detailing & Improvement)2.Preparation of Material balance, PFDs, heat balance and capacity calculations for product.3.Preparation of technical data sheets of reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, vessels, columns etc. as per product specific requirements and different standards.4.Preparation & review of P&IDs as per standards. Generate documents for design projects including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).5.Responsible for carrying out HAZOP as per PID and execution is done as per finalized document.6.Preparation of material balance of new products, Heat balance for various products for getting norms.7.Estimating batch size by considering product parameter and equipment size.8.Time cycle reduction and product setup.9.Implementation of cost-effective improvement projects in terms of Raw material, yield, time cycle, debottlenecking of equipment occupancy and reduction overhead & fixed cost.10.Involving in improving of safety systems viz; fire hydrants system, blanketing devices, relief devices, N2 system in clean room, heat detector systemOther DetailsQualification:BE/ B.Tech ChemicalGender -Male

Required 3 candidate for waste water treatment ,MEE plant commissioning and oversees the installation of equipment, systems, facilities and plants on a client's site.

- Actual Vs. Documentation o RM /PM Sampling, Testing and Releasing in ERP.o ERP entry for FG testing. All Entry of FG Receiving in ERP.o Retain Sample Management with Records.o Stability Management with testing and update records as per Schedule.o Instrument Calibration as per Schedule with Records.o All Volumetric Solution Preparation and Standardize as per Schedule with Records.o All Chemical and Indicators Solution preparation with Records. All Chemical Stock Management.o Give Training of all new Employee related testing, reporting and releasing with properly.o Coal Sampling, testing and releasing (Moisture, GCV and Ash).o Documents review of all stage RM/PM/FG/Stability.o Calibration of Instruments on daily basis which is required.o All Entry of Log Book along with test and Instruments. All in process stage results mention in ERP and releasing.o Chemical and Physical test of FG with protocol.o All Consumption of Chemical with testing, labeling and Preparation.o Housekeeping of QC in all area.o Proper Cleaning of Instrument on daily basis.o Shift Reports preparation and send by mail on daily basis.o Water Trend Analysis.
