Chartered Accountant Graduate Experience Jobs in Kota

We are looking for a well-qualified experienced CA having minimum experience of 2 to5 years in Real Estate/Construction/ property Industry, as a person, capable to handle accounts1) Ensuring books of accounts (GL, receivables and payables) are properly maintained2) Coordinating with statutory and internal auditors and resolving their queries3) Ensuring proper closure of books, preparing and finalizing financial statements4) Ensuring all statutory compliances especially direct and indirect tax ones are met5) Managing funds and investing surplus funds in the right investment opportunities6) Processing payments approved by the management7) Monitoring customer collections and following up with CRM for the same8) Preparing MIS as and when required9) Knowledge of RERA compliances , Income Tax, Labour Laws, ESI-PF , Audit, Risk Analytical, Indirect Taxes. Desired Candidate Profile:1) 2-5 years2) Worked in Tally Prime environment3) Strong analytical thinking4) Sound knowledge of accounting standards, direct and indirect tax provisions5) Currently working in the accounts function of a real estate sector with total experience in real estate being at least 2-5 years Involved in Tally prime development
