Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Order Management: Take and process customer orders accurately, efficiently deliver food and beverages, and handle payments using the POS system.Food Preparation and Safety: Assist in food preparation and ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service during peak hours.Inventory and Stocking: Help with inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring product levels, and reporting shortages to management as needed.
