Job Profile:1. Coordinating with sales team of their order in pending list to take in planning and execution.2. Materials availability confirmation to sales team before vehicle arrangement.3. Dispatch planning contain weight, loading point, delivery location, material availability, clubbing order if any.4. In case of dealer own transport coordinate with them to timely loading.5. Arrange to send loading instruction to factory with all require details to loading and billing.6. Loading intimation to sales team7. Coordination with quality, production team and factory running products in production.8. Follow up to timely vehicle loading.9. Clearance of delivery related issues.10.Prepare daily reports.

Client accounts: Keeping accurate records of client accounts and outstanding balances Invoices: Creating, sending, and posting invoices and account updates to clients Payments: Updating the system with payment information, recording daily deposits, and receiving payments Payment assistance: Suggesting payment assistance programs for clients in need Payment deadlines: Notifying clients of upcoming or missed payment deadlines Reports: Writing reports on billing activity, generating monthly overdue reports, and writing thorough reports on billing activity Coordination: Coordinating with the finance and taxation team, and working closely with the project operation team and other employees Billing executives should have good analytical thinking and communication skills, a high degree of organizational ability, and an eye for details. They may also need a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Scheduling:Developing detailed project schedules and timelines. Monitoring project progress and updating schedules as needed. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. Billing & Cost Control:Preparing and processing bills for clients and subcontractors. Verifying and certifying bills. Tracking project costs and ensuring adherence to budget. Reconciling materials and identifying discrepancies. Contract Administration:Understanding contract terms and conditions. Ensuring compliance with contract specifications. Managing changes and variations within the project. Reporting & Communication:Preparing progress reports and updates for stakeholders. Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members.

- Project Planning and Design:Lead the design process for engineering projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and standards.Work closely with project managers and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.Develop detailed engineering designs and plans.- Estimation and Costing:Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for engineering projects.Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine material and labor requirements.Collaborate with procurement and vendors to obtain accurate cost information.- Risk Assessment:Identify and assess potential risks associated with the design and estimation process.Propose mitigation strategies to manage and minimize project risks.- Quality Assurance:Ensure that design and estimation processes adhere to quality standards and regulations.Conduct quality reviews and audits to verify compliance.- Technical Leadership:Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in design and estimation.- Regulatory Compliance:Ensure that designs comply with relevant industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.- Documentation:Maintain accurate and organized documentation of design and estimation activities.Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications as required.- Budget Management:Work closely with project managers to monitor and manage budgets for design and estimation activities.
