Basic computer knowledge

Candidate will be responsible for managing cash & operational activities. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning / end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. Have basic knowledge of maths to receive payments and present change to customers. To ensure customer data is collected during billing. To ensure billing is done at the correct price of products. Provide hard copy of the bills to the customers. Provide packing lists to the store manager of require material for full day smooth operation. Have good knowledge of computer. Answer customer questions as they arise. Help with other tasks as needed including managing shelves nearby the counter, and keeping the cash counter clean. Taking customer suggestions / feedback and forward the same to manager.
