Job Description

• candidate will be responsible for managing cash & operational activities.

• count money in cash drawers at the beginning / end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

• have basic knowledge of math’s to receive payments and present change to customers.

• to ensure customer data is collected during billing.

• to ensure billing is done at the correct price of products.

• provide hard copy of the bills to the customers.

• provide packing lists to the store manager of require material for full day smooth operation.

• have good knowledge of computer.

• answer customer questions as they arise.

• help with other tasks as needed including managing shelves nearby the counter, and keeping the cash counter clean.

• taking customer suggestions / feedback and forward the same to manager.
