Your primary goal is to convert leads into successful loan applications while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:*Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our loan products and services.*Lead Conversion: Identify customer needs and provide appropriate loan products to meet their requirements.*Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.*Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure documentation and application processes are completed smoothly.*Documentation: Assist customers in filling out loan applications and gathering required documentation.*Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to loan applications and processes.*Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.*Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Qualifications:*Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
