1- Operate Packaging Machinery of Several Types At Varying Stages of Theproduction Line, Performing Actions Quickly and Safely At all Times.2- Sort and Weigh Products After Packaging to Ensure Requirements Aremet and No Mistakes have Been Made.3- Apply Labels and Transfer Products to the Final Shipping Area, Keepingthem Organized to Aid in Shipping Crews Job.4- Complete Paperwork and other Minor Administrative Tasks At Thebeginning and End of the Shift, Carefully Ensuring all Information Isentered Correctly and Clearly.5- Report Malfunctions or Errors to Supervising Staff Immediately Andrelay Important Information About the Issue.6- Maintaining all the Records Related to Packing & Filling Material.7- Maintain Packing and Filling Machines By Cleaning and Lubricatingequipment and Clearing Jams. Daily activity report. IPQA of Tablet and Capsule Section. In process checking , production and packing department. Daily QA Inspection of entire Manufacturing. Measured Values Obtained From the process equipment(ex:temperature, RPM etc.) Process attributes (ex: weight, hardness , friability etc.)

1. To ensure manufacturing of all products as per laid SOP & get cost-effective & high qualityproducts.2. Establish and enforce safety procedures for all production staff.3. Daily coordination with dispatch & raw / finished store and schedule task for production team4. Plan and assign daily job duties to production team.5. Provide training to workers to meet production goals.6. To Ensure that quality of all products manufactured meets laid quality standards and customerspecifications.7. Maintaining all records related to production.

Drug Regulatory Documentation & Sop Preparation.compliance & Documentation as per Iso 13485 & Medical Device Regulations.internal-external Audit Compliance.

Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff .Manage relationships with contractors and service providerMonitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessaryMonitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionalityPlan and oversee all repair and installation activitiesMaintain maintenance logs and report on daily activitiesEnsure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required
