Automation Tester 8-10 yrs Hybrid Location Gurgaon Shift: Morning(5 AM to 1 PM &6 AM -2PM) contract 3-6 MonthsRole & Responsibilities :Must have: Selenium with Java preferably with BDD Cucumber Agile Sprints experience. Skills Required Be proficient in manual testing and have experience with automated testing. Be fluent in English with good communication skills and experience indocumentation and reporting. Have a sound knowledge of SQL scripting Have familiarity with programming. Preferably have a QA certification. Preferably have a degree in Computer Science/Engineering. Have experience in Test Case Management and Defect Tracking software Be familiar with Test Planning for product releases. QA Automation Engineer has to perform these various roles :write, design, and execute automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically;maximize test coverage for the most critical features of the system;determine the priority for test scenarios and create execution plans to implement these scenarios;write documentation for automated processes including test plans, test procedures, and test cases;build test automation frameworks;log and document bugs in the tracking system; andset up Continuous Integration.

Job Responsibilities:1. Good knowledge in manual testing through test case estimation, test casepreparation and test reporting.2. Design & develop test cases based on available requirement specifications and verification plans, execute tests cases.3. Good to have knowledge in both Web application and Mobile applicationtesting, test management tool, defect management tool, and test metrics.4. Extensive knowledge and hands-on on Database and API testing.5. Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of agile methodology6. Experience in planning and reporting activities ( Effort estimation, ROI, etc.)7. Knowledge of security and performance testing would be a huge plus.Requirements:1. Must have 2+ years experience in manual and Automation testing. Strong analytic skills to process complex requirement to come up with end-to-end scenarios and test cases At least 2 years of relevant experience in automation tools (Ex. Ginger) using automated test scripts. Should know how to work with Jira, Jenkins, Quality Center, etc. Excellent Communication and able to Attend Daily Scrum meetings and Provide Task Updated and Inputs. Extensive experience in Designing and Developing Test strategy, Test Plan and Test Automation framework from scratch using Selenium and Java. Coordinate with other Team members like BA and Developers on Test Activities and Deliverables. Experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing desired Proficient in test management software Ability to document and troubleshoot errors Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Good understanding of the defect lifecycle.

ISTQB Certified + at least 4 years of QA experience, If not then minimum 6 years of QA Experience Minimum 1 Year of automation is required Preferred would be 2 or more Selenium with C # is the preferred automation combination Selenium with Javascript will be second choice Selenium with Java will be third choice Candidates with non C# Experience should be willing to learn C # Experience with API testing is a must (Manual / Automation )Non-function al testing experience will be an added advantage
