Roles and Responsibilities

Experienced in any of the following languages - JAVA, JavaScript, or similar.

Experience testing (Manual And Automation) software at REST Client APIs and Web Services on Http and https protocol,

Experience testing different web service methodologies REST, SOAP, Web Services, SOA, XML, JSON.

Understanding of web technology including HTTP headers, HTTP Verbs (post, get, etc).

Validating and certifying REST services using RestAssured/HttpClient

Strong prior experience in QA test technologies such as Selenium Webdriver, JUnit, TestNG or equivalent technologies required.

QE experience in J2EE technologies strongly preferred

Experience with Agile Methodologies.

Hands-on experience working with relational database (Oracle, MSSQL,MySQL, PostgreSQL) .

Experience with white box testing and building testing frameworks.

Experience with defect management tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.

Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills
