OEM & Dealer Collaboration: Partner with Caterpillar users to position ICPS as a trusted repair/parts partner. Project Management: Lead tenders for marine equipment overhauls, including engine/diagnostic services for ships, barges, or port machinery. After-Sales Support: Work with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery, from parts supply to post-repair commissioning. Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals for marine parts and repair contracts.________________________________________1. Industry Background:o 57 years in technical sales/business development, with 3+ years in the Marine segment (shipyards, ports, marine equipment).o Preference for candidates with Caterpillar marine equipment experience (e.g., engines, propulsion systems, port machinery).o Exposure to marine repair workflows, OEM parts, or offshore projects is critical.2. Technical Expertise:o Strong knowledge of marine engines, hydraulics, or power systems (Caterpillar or equivalent).o Understanding of marine compliance standards and repair protocols.3.
