Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Drafting: Create precise, detailed 2D technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD software based on input parameters from the engineering team. Design Revision: Modify, update, and refine existing blueprints to incorporate design changes, engineering corrections, or clients' feedback. BOM Generation: Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM), dimensional layouts, component specification sheets, and assembly manuals.Quality Assurance: Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and structural interference checks to identify design flaws or spatial overlap errors before drawings go to production.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with the shop floor, production, or construction teams to clarify drawing specifications and troubleshoot assembly or machining queries.Standardization Compliance: Ensure all drafts strictly adhere to standard drawing codes (such as ISO or ASME regulations) and company-specific documentation templates. Data Control: Maintain proper revision logs, document history, and systematic archiving of all structural files within the local network or product data management systems.

One Design is looking for an architect with 2-3 years of experience in the same. Do upload resume with photo. Qualifications required:-1. Bachelors/Masters in Architecture (Full-time)2. 2-3 years of experience in architecture field. Skills required:- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, VRAY, Excel, Powerpoint etc. Highly creative, imaginative & artistic Excellent communication skill, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision. Good interpersonal & presentation skills. Responsibilities:-1. To make architectural designs for residential/commercial spaces as per OD standards.2. To make architectural drawings, working drawings and detailed architectural drawings, elevations and sections.3. To make municipal compliance drawings.4. To be able to work on interior design projects.5. To draw layout Plan, Detail drawings such as measurement plan, ceiling plan, electrical plan, breaking or reconstruction plan, civil plan or plumbing plan, elevations and specific detailing pertaining to assist the design execution at site.6. To make presentations as per OD standards.7. To Coordinate over call with clients and to be able to communicate ideas in a clear manner either over a zoom call/google meet or over the phone.8. To resolve all questions of clients in relation to the design, if any.9. To be able to work as a part of a team.10. To take instructions from clients and pay attention to their needs and wants and to take instructions given by OD personals or assigned managers.11. To take instructions given by founder Architect Amit Mahajan.12. To maintain decorum of work effectively with the team and OD clients. To wear formals from Monday to Friday and casuals on Saturday. No shorts are allowed in the office.13. To abide by all Rules and Regulations and follow policy guidelines of OD.14. To effective render services for OD (One Design).15. To complete work as per the stipulated time period as per the policy guidelines.

Responsibilities:Drawing & Modeling:Create detailed 2D engineering drawings (e.g., layouts, schematics, assembly drawings, part drawings, isometric views) based on sketches, specifications, red-line markups, and verbal instructions provided by engineers and designers.Develop or modify 3D models of components, sub-assemblies, and complete assemblies using appropriate CAD software.Generate various views, sections, and details required for manufacturing and installation.Revision & Updating:Incorporate revisions, changes, and modifications to existing drawings and models efficiently and accurately.Maintain strict version control for all drawings and related documentation.Documentation & Data Management:Prepare and update Bills of Material (BOM) accurately from engineering drawings.Ensure all drawings comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., ASME, ISO, BIS, DIN) and internal company drafting standards.Organize and maintain CAD files, project folders, and drawing archives in a systematic and accessible manner.Plot and print drawings to scale as per requirements.Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with Design Engineers, Project Engineers, Production teams, and Quality Assurance to ensure designs are manufacturable, functional, and meet quality standards.Communicate any discrepancies or issues identified in design inputs or existing drawings to the relevant engineer for resolution.Quality Control & Accuracy:Perform self-checks and peer reviews of drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications before release.Adhere to company's quality control procedures for drawing approval and release.Continuous Improvement:Suggest improvements to drafting processes, standards, and software utilization to enhance efficiency and quality.Local Communication:Communicate effectively with internal teams and sometimes external vendors. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is beneficial for interacting with local fabrication teams or vendors. Good English proficiency is required for understanding technical specifications and official documentation.
