Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or Inventor.

Develop mechanical components, assemblies, and product designs based on project specifications.

Prepare manufacturing drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and technical documentation.

Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and engineering validations.

Coordinate with production, fabrication, procurement, and quality departments during project execution.

Review and revise existing designs to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

Support prototype development, testing, and product modifications.

Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

Participate in design reviews and technical discussions with clients and internal teams.

Maintain engineering records and document control procedures.
