2D and 3D CAD to produce designs, drawings and models Strong working knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD in solid works To build up design and development new products for equipment, machines and industrial tools Design new products in sheet metal & Moulding and define processes Conduct benchmarking studies to determine comparisons functions etc. Modify/ upgrades existing product designs and quality Knowledge of the qualities of metals and other materials Ensure product meets manufacturability, cost-effective & serviceability Develop prototypes and analyze data and retest if needed Knowledge of manufacturing processes for sheet metal, Moulding etc. Investigate, develop and implement new process technologies of major scope Design reviews to present design ideas and to discuss and critique alternative design solutions Carry out trials, validation for new products and prototype support and feedback on design Release & Control of Bill of Materials (BOM), CAD Models and Engineering Drawings
