Proficiency with design software and project management tools. Must have worked as Project Draftsman in at least one restaurant project for full life cycle from conceptualisation to handing over of facility. Must have exposure in overall MEP (Electrical, Plumbing System, Mechanical, HAVC etc.) works as required for restaurant project. Must visits to project sites, assessing and reporting the design conformity, quality compliance, progress updates, criticalities and suggest improvement strategies. Interface between all Architect, client, engineers, Team Members and stakeholders. Languages to be known, English (writing and communication is must), Bengali, Hindi.
