BE/DME WITH 15-20 YEARS EXP AT FORGING INDUSTRIES, Overall responsibility for Design dept of Plant, Scrutiny of Customer drawings received, presentation of Technical feasibility report & cost estimation. Attending the Die trail and establishing the process parameters for the production. Responsibility for the management of all design activities including Request for Quotations, Design freeze/release, Design failure Mode effect analysus (DFMEA). To Ensure New Product Development first time right through Modling & Forging simulation.

Required of mechanical engineerCompany Product: Sheet metal components, Hospital equipment, construction side machinery Drafting Knowledge (2D, 3D)Stress Analysis / FEADesign Basic Concepts.Material Knowledge.Costing KnowledgeNew Product Development.ISO Standard Design Procedure.GD & T (Geometric Dimensions & Tolerance Knowledge)
