The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components to meet project requirements and industry standards. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, proficiency in CAD software, and excellent problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Product Design: Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of mechanical components and systems.Design Validation: Perform structural and thermal analyses to ensure designs meet safety and performance requirements.Prototype Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and test prototypes of new products.Material Selection: Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for cost-effective and high-quality designs.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of design changes, calculations, and project documentation.Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality control teams to ensure designs meet industry standards and regulations.Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities in design and manufacturing processes.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement them to enhance product designs.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and manufacturing personnel.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering .Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
