You will be responsible for supporting the accounting department by managing daily transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with financial reporting.Location - AmbalaSalary - 20,000 to 22,000 Per MonthWorking Time - 9:30 AM to 6 PMB.ComKnowledge of : Billing, General Accounting, Tally, E-invoice, Challan etc.Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping: Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals accurately.Invoicing & Billing: Generate and issue invoices to clients and track outstanding payments.Expense Management: Process employee expense reports, verify receipts, and issue reimbursements.Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and vendor ledgers to resolve discrepancies.Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist in processing vendor payments and following up on client accounts to ensure timely collections.Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances (as applicable).
