Position: Assistant SupervisorRole Summary:The Assistant Supervisor supports the Supervisor or Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a productive team environment. This role acts as a bridge between frontline staff and management, providing guidance, resolving issues, and helping enforce company policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing day-to-day operations and staff activities.Monitor employee performance and provide feedback or coaching as needed.Help schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing levels.Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.Support training and onboarding of new team members.Address and resolve minor employee or customer concerns promptly.Prepare basic reports and documentation as directed by the Supervisor.Step in for the Supervisor during absences or when delegated.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent Freshers can apply Good communication skills.
