Commis Chef Responsibilities:Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.Acts like a chef in the absence of DCDP or CDP.Should have prior experience in Kitchen handling.Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.Preparing basic gravy as directed by the Chef de Partie.Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.Plating and presenting meal items as per Chef de Parties instructions.

An Assistant Cook, or Assistant Chef ensures the kitchen is orderly and assists Cooks to prepare and arrange food. Their duties include cleaning the kitchen area, washing dishes and utensils and ensuring that the Cook has everything required to run the kitchen efficiently.

We Need Kitchen Staff Who Will Be Responsible For Cooking Food Products In Our Kitchen. Having Prior Cooking Experience Is A Plus. The Staff Should Also Ensure All Areas Of The Kitchen, Food Prep, And Food Storage Areas Are Clean And Properly Sanitized Includes Washing Dishes And Cooking Equipment, Cleaning Floors, Sanitizing Countertops And Cutting Boards, And Maintaining All Areas To Health Code Standards. Should Be Well Groomed In Hygiene Which Is Very Important In This Job.
