Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and creative Landscape Architect to join our team. As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for designing outdoor spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create designs that meet the needs and preferences of the client while also adhering to environmental regulations.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for outdoor spaces. Develop landscape design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Select appropriate plants, trees, and materials for each project. Ensure that designs comply with environmental regulations and codes. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture. Professional licensure or the ability to become licensed. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Vectorworks. Strong knowledge of plant materials, horticulture, and environmental science. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills: Experience with 3D modeling software, such as SketchUp or Rhino. Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
