Team supervision: Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams, and provide technical oversight and quality control for project deliverables. Project management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Essential skills and qualificationsTechnical proficiency: Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge: Deep understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials. Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Problem-solving: Critical thinking and strong analytical skills to resolve complex project issues. Experience: A portfolio demonstrating experience with various project types and scales, and often a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including a leadership role. Certifications (often preferred): A license to practice architecture and, ideally, certifications like LEED for sustainable design.

Min Experience of 3 Years. Able to Independently Handle Projects from Start to Finish Under the Lead Architect with Detailed Knowledge of Construction Drawings, Working Drawings, Services Drawings. Able to Coordinate & Integrate the Structural Drawings. Prepare Boq's, & Specifications. Knowledge of Site Execution & Coordination. Prepare Concept Drawings, Concept Presentations. Complete Knowledge of Autocad, Sketchup & Lumion, Photoshop & Ms Office.

The ideal candidate will be an individual who is able to construct clear drawings using AutoCAD.
