Job descriptionRole & responsibilities1. To ensure and Provide valuable inputs from initial project/design development process till Project execution2. Coordination of design development with external Design architects and consultants like structural, MEP, Firefighting, MOEF, Municipal Architect, RCC consultants, Interior designer, Landscape consultants etc.3. Thoroughly checking drawings/ details/documents shared by consultants and reverting them with the corrections/changes required till finalisation stage.4. To ensure approved design drawings are sent to Architect for preparation of plans for municipal approval and coordinate with Architect for the same.5. To ensure working drawings are received from various Consultants like Architects/ Structural engineer/ Electrical/ Plumbing/ Firefighting/ Landscape etc.6. To ensure all drawings required for Construction (GFC) to be obtained from Consultants and sent to Project Department7. Project Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. The responsibility and role of the Architect could include any of the below, for projects at different stages of its cycle:i. Understand the project and develop design options.
