Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design conceptualization, detailing conceptualization
- Design pitching with guiding all presentation along with 3d visualizing team and making PowerPoint presentation to client
- Heading design team and guiding team for design development, material, products
- Carry on with responsibility of design for delivering project
- Lead the team towards achieving quality in design drawings and working drawings
- Continuously update team with new software in Interior design
Knowledge, skills and attributes:
- Strong verbal and written (English) communication skills.
- Attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality.
- Detailed knowledge of industry standards and expertise in making / correcting detailed site & drawings
- Handle all aspects of client management
- Work with costing team to update BOQs
- Work with cross-functional teams like procurement, project management, leadership team and costing team to seamlessly deliver the project.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Architect OR Interior Designer (senior as team leader)
Experience required: Minimum 8 years and above of working with reputed design firms preferably for corporate office interiors
