As a Junior Merchandiser, you will assist the senior merchandising team in order coordination, sample management, communication with internal teams and buyers, and general administrative tasks.Responsibilities:-Assist in order coordination, including order placement, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.-Support sample management by tracking and ensuring timely submission for buyer approvals.-Maintain effective communication channels with internal teams and buyers, providing updates on order status and sample progress.-Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to orders, samples, and production activities.-Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure adherence to quality standards.-Assist in monitoring production progress and coordinating with the production team.-Build and maintain relationships with buyers, addressing queries, and providing necessary information and updates.-Provide general administrative support to the merchandising team.Requirements:-Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textiles, or a related field.-1-2 years of experience in a merchandising role, preferably in the textile or apparel industry.-Basic understanding of the merchandising process.-Strong organisational and multitasking skills.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Proficiency in MS Office applications.-Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Join Jay Ganesh Enterprises and start your career as a Junior Merchandiser.
