Key Responsibilities:

-Order Management: Manage the entire order process from order placement to shipment, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and quality requirements.

-Buyer Interaction: Establish and maintain strong relationships with buyers, understanding their needs, addressing queries, and providing regular updates on order status.

-Timely Delivery: Track and manage production timelines, taking proactive measures to overcome any potential delays and ensuring on-time delivery.

-Production Planning: Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and quality control, to plan and execute production activities effectively.

-Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process, conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with buyer requirements.

-Costing and Pricing: Prepare price quotations based on buyer requirements, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive in the market.

-Sampling and Approval: Coordinate sampling activities, ensuring timely development and approval of samples to meet buyer specifications.

-Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate records of all merchandising activities, including order details, production reports, and shipment documentation.

-Team Coordination: Collaborate with junior merchandising staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure efficient and cohesive teamwork.
