key responsibilities:

-order management: manage the entire order process from order placement to shipment, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and quality requirements.

-buyer interaction: establish and maintain strong relationships with buyers, understanding their needs, addressing queries, and providing regular updates on order status.

-timely delivery: track and manage production timelines, taking proactive measures to overcome any potential delays and ensuring on-time delivery.

-production planning: collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and quality control, to plan and execute production activities effectively.

-quality assurance: monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process, conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with buyer requirements.

-costing and pricing: prepare price quotations based on buyer requirements, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive in the market.

-sampling and approval: coordinate sampling activities, ensuring timely development and approval of samples to meet buyer specifications.

-documentation and records: maintain accurate records of all merchandising activities, including order details, production reports, and shipment documentation.

-team coordination: collaborate with junior merchandising staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure efficient and cohesive teamwork.
