Setting strategy for evaluating and implementing new technologies within the Analytical Development department, with a particular emphasis on state-of-the-art separation techniques (HPLC/UPLC/LCMS/GC) and familiar with XRD, DSC etc and automation2. Communicate with synthesis-R&D and lead assist in analytical method remediation/troubleshooting3. Perform analytical characterization and data interpretation for complex organic compounds4.
