Designation -Agency Business ManagerCtc -5.20 LPAKey Responsibilities:Business Operations & Strategy:Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day agency operations, ensuring that processes are efficient, resources are allocated effectively, and deadlines are met.Business Growth: Work with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships to drive agency growth.Budgeting & Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for client projects and internal operations, ensuring profitability and effective resource utilization.Revenue Generation: Contribute to revenue growth by managing client accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving business development efforts.Client Management & Relations:Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, communication, and retention.Project Oversight: Ensure that client projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget. Coordinate with creative, digital, and account teams to meet client expectations.Proposal & Pitching Support: Assist in creating compelling proposals and pitch decks, as well as leading client meetings and presentations.Client Retention: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional results and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.Team Leadership & Development:Team Coordination: Lead and support cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, digital, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.Staff Development: Mentor and guide junior staff and managers, providing training and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance.Performance Management: Set performance expectations for the team, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality work output.
